Deep Tissue - As the name implies, this massage releases the chronic patterns of tension throughout the body. Using slow strokes and deep finger pressure, it works best on a targeted area, not your entire body.

Prenatal Massage - This massage is for the expectant mother.  Routine massage during pregnancy can shorten and ease the stress of labor.

Chair Massage (charged per minute) - This massage allows the client to remain clothed while seated in a face down position to receive massage.

Commonly Asked Questions:

What should I wear to my massage?
You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. During massage, you are covered with a sheet and a blanket and only the area being worked on will be exposed.

What is the therapist is working too deep/light and I want a change in pressure?
The massage session is yours to design. Let the therapist know if you prefer a lot of pressure or a little. This can change during the session, so communication with your therapist is important.
